Sam is a co-founder of Full House as well as co-owner and CEO of a civil construction company delivering complex infrastructure across utilities, roads, renewables and data-centres. As a practicing civil engineer, he has led large-scale public works and built high-performing teams across the industry.
Originally from Amsterdam, Mandy moved to Australia eight years ago, bringing over a decade of experience in recruitment both in-house and agency side. She’s worked closely with construction businesses through growth and change, always with people at the core.
She started Full House to build strong partnerships built on trust, driven by outcomes, and backed by real industry know-how.
Lara recruits for civil and construction contractors, specialising in delivery, commercial and operational roles. She works closely with clients to understand where the right people make a difference, prioritising long-term fit. Dutch by background, she brings a healthy dose of straight-talking, and the kind of humour that makes every project meeting just a little bit better.
